Return Policy

At naturalbundles.com we want you or your gift recipient to be 100% satisfied with our products. Should you, for any reason, be dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 15 days of receipt for a refund or store credit. We will provide instructions on returning merchandise as well as an authorization number. Orders will not be refunded without a previously acquired return authorization. Refunds will only be given for unused items that are returned. Once the items have been received and verified the refund will be processed to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and all shipping costs incurred to return merchandise is the responsibility of the customer.
